How we structure our advisory work

Verdua's services follow a natural progression — from understanding to planning to ongoing support — though each can also stand independently. We begin any engagement with a clear brief, agree on deliverables upfront, and maintain transparency about what the work involves at each stage.

We draw on GRI Standards, Bursa Malaysia's Sustainability Reporting Guide, and TCFD-aligned approaches for climate-related disclosures where relevant. Our methodology is adapted to the client's sector, scale and current level of ESG preparedness — not applied uniformly from a standard template.

Sustainability Baseline Review

Scope: 2–3 weeks  |  Fee: RM 680

A practical study to help an organisation understand its current environmental and social footprint and reporting readiness. We review available data, map relevant activities and identify where information is strong and where gaps remain.

You receive a grounded baseline summary and a shortlist of sensible first steps. Suited to firms beginning to take ESG topics seriously — no prior ESG work or specialist team required.

The focus is on substance and transparency rather than appearances. Suited to organisations preparing structured ESG communication for the first time or formalising an ad hoc approach.

An ongoing advisory arrangement supporting leadership as sustainability initiatives take shape. We help maintain progress, review measures, and keep reporting honest and useful as stakeholder expectations evolve.

Decisions and ownership stay firmly with your team. We provide structured support at agreed intervals — not an open-ended consulting relationship.

  • Regular scheduled review sessions (frequency agreed per client)
  • Working notes from each session for internal reference
  • Between-session guidance as initiatives progress
  • Review of reporting drafts or stakeholder materials as they develop
  • Input on emerging regulatory or reporting requirements relevant to your context

How the retainer is structured
